2. Amendment of Section 5.
- In Section 5 of the principal Act, in sub-section (2)-(i)for the words "the purchase price of the undertaking", the words "an amount" shall be substituted;(ii)the words, brackets, figure and punctuation marks "or as the case may be, in sub-section (3) of that section" shall be deleted.
