Section 60(4) in Rajasthan Electricity Regulatory Commission (Terms and Conditions for Determination of Tariff) Regulations, 2009
(4)If any capacity remains unrequisitioned in any period, the generating company shall be free to sell electricity to any person including a person outside the State and such person to whom electricity is sold shall also share the capacity charges in addition to persons mentioned in sub clause (i) above in proportion to the capacity utilized by such person.
