Section 8 in The Punjab Aided Schools (Security of Service) Act, 1969
8. Repeal and Saving.
(1)The Punjab Aided Schools (Security of Service) Ordinance, 1969 (Punjab Ordinance No. 6 of 1969) is hereby repealed.(2)Notwithstanding such repeal, anything done or any action taken or purporting to have been done or taken under the said Ordinance shall be deemed to have been done or taken under this Act as if this Act had commenced on 4th July, 1969.
