Section 245(b) in Rules of the High Court of Judicature for Rajasthan, 1952
(b)'Subject to the provisions of rules 186 and 188, the initial deposit required with the application shall be Rs. [75/-] [Substituted by No. 1/S.R.O. dated 3-3-1992 ; published in Rajasthan Gazette part 1 (Kha), date 16-4-92.].
