Section 24(2) in Chhattisgarh Food and Nutritional Security Act, 2012
(2)The Vigilance Committees shall perform following functions, namely :-(a)regularly supervise the implementation of all schemes under this Act;(b)inform the Collector, in writing of any violation of the provisions of this Act;(c)inform the Collector, in writing of any violation or misappropriation of funds or stocks found by it;(d)the Collector on being informed in writing of any violation specified in clause (b) or ( c) above shall proceed to inquire in to such matter in a manner as specified under Section 25.Chapter-XIII Offences and Penalties
