Section 36(1) in Tamil Nadu Agricultural Produce and Livestock Contract Farming and Services (Promotion and Facilitation) Act, 2019
(1)Any officer empowered by the Authority in this behalf may, for the purposes of this Act, ask the purchaser to produce the accounts and other documents and to furnish any information relating to the stock of the contracted produce or purchase, sale, storage and processing thereof; and also to furnish any other information relating to the payment to the contract farming producer under this Act.
