Section 72(1) in Rajasthan Electricity Regulatory Commission (Terms and Conditions for Determination of Tariff) Regulations, 2009
(1)Primary energy charge shall be worked out on the basis of paise per kWh rate on ex-bus energy scheduled to be sent out from the hydro electric power generating station. Rate of Primary energy for hydro power stations, be 50% of cost of generation or incentive rate applicable for thermal power stations, whichever is less.
