Section 20(3) in Rajasthan Sanskrit University Act, 1998
(3)Following shall be the duties of the Deans of Faculties:-(a)the deans shall be responsible for the due observance of statutes, ordinances and regulations relating to the faculty;(b)the Deans shall preside at the meetings of the faculty and shall record its proceedings; and(c)the Deans shall have the right to be present and speak at the meetings of the Board of Studies relating to the faculty but not to vote thereat, unless he is a member thereof.
