Section 17(3)(iii) in First Statutes of the University of Udaipur

(iii)As and when a nominee of the Zila Parishad ceases to be a member of the Zila Parishad, the Pramukh of the Zila Parishad concerned shall notify the same to the Registrar of the University and shall proceed to elect another nominee in place of the one who has ceased to be a member of the Zila Parishad concerned in the manner prescribed above and shall forward the name of the nominee so elected to the Registrar of the University.
