176. Constitution, powers and functions of Joint Committee.
- The constitution, powers and procedure of the Joint Committee referred to in Section 175 and the method of settling differences of opinion arising in connection with such committee between the local authorities concerned shall be in accordance with such rules as may be prescribed.
