(5)Appointment of the Nominee.-The Vice-Chancellor shall then take action to obtain Chancellor's order appointing the nominee/nominees as a member/members of the Board and communicate the same to him/them:Provided that no outgoing representative of the Co-operative Societies shall serve for more than two consecutive terms.
