14. Act to override other laws.
(1)The provisions of this Act shall have effect, notwithstanding anything inconsistent therewith contained in any other law for the time being in force.(2)Save as otherwise provided in sub-section (1), the provisions of this' Act shall be in addition to and not in derogation of any other Act.
