Section 62(1) in The Goa, Daman and Diu Irrigation Act, 1973
(1)For the purpose of the inquiries under section 61, such Canal-Officer may enter, or authorise any officer to enter upon any land adjacent to any canal to which this Part applies, and may survey, demarcate and make a map of the same.
