Section 11(1) in Tamil Nadu Agricultural Produce and Livestock Contract Farming and Services (Promotion and Facilitation) Act, 2019
(1)The Chairperson shall have powers of general superintendence and direction in the conduct of the affairs of the Authority. The Chairperson shall preside over the meetings of the Authority as well as exercise and discharge the powers and functions of the Authority vested in him in accordance with the rules framed under this Act.
