Section 12 in Central Electricity Regulatory Commission (Payment of Fees) Regulations, 2012
12. Mode of payment of fees.
(1)All fees, including late payment surcharge, shall be payable through Real Time Gross Settlement (RTGS) for amount above Rupees two lakh and through National Electronic Fund Transfer (NEFT) for amount equivalent to or below Rupees two lakh.(2)Persons making payment of fees in accordance with these regulations shall submit the details of remittance through RTGS/ NEFT as per the Form-I to these regulations, within three days of making such payment.
