Section 13(1) in The Tamil Nadu Advocates' Clerks Welfare Fund Act, 1999
(1)(a)All association of Advocates' Clerks functioning in any Court headquarters may, before a date to be notified by the Committee in this behalf,-(b)Any such Association of Advocates' Clerks constituted after the commencement of this Act may apply to the Committee in such form and in such manner as may be prescribed, for recognition and registration as an Advocates' Clerks Association under this Act.
