Section 32(d) in The Punjab Homoeopathic Practitioners (Appointment of Examiners, Centre Superintendent and Conduct of Examinations) Regulations, 1984
(d)In case the candidate refuses to give a statement he is not to be forced to do so, only the fact of his refusal shall be recorded by Superintendent and attested by two other members of the invigilators on duty at the time of occurrence.
