A letter has been received from one of the Court Commissioners, Sh. N.K. Sharma, EngineerinChief (retired), wherein it has been submitted that he has recently undergone a surgery and he will be able to carry out the inspection only in the first week of June, 2022 and submit report within 23 days thereafter.
Let both the Court Commissioners, i.e. the Secretary, District Legal Services Authority, Shimla and Shri N.K. Sharma, EngineerinChief (retired) visit the spot in the first week of June, 2022 and thereafter submit their report, so that the same shall reach this Court before the next date of hearing.
