(2)The following particulars should be inserted in every case :-(i)the name and addition [as defined in Section 2 (1) of the Indian Registration Act, 1908] of every judgement-debtor and of every person declared purchaser;(ii)particulars sufficient to identify the property including boundaries and area, and where necessary' survey number and revenue or rent, as the case may be;(iii)the name of each registration sub-district in which any part of the property is situate;(iv)the amount of the purchase-money; and(v)whether the property is sold subject to encumbrances, if so, the exact nature of the encumbrances. This must be in accordance with what is stated in the sale proclamation.Note. - In order that the full and necessary particulars mentioned above may be incorporated in the sale certificate the Court should insist on their being furnished in the schedule attached to the application for execution and also in the sale statement.
