Section 33(1) in Telangana Tax on Professions, Trades, Callings and Employments Act, 1987
(1)The enactments specified in column (2) of the Second Schedule are hereby amended in the manner and to the extent specified in the corresponding entry in column (3) thereof:Provided that, nothing in the said amendment shall affect or be deemed to affect,-(i)any right, obligation or liability already acquired, accrued or incurred or anything done or suffered, in respect of any period preceding the date of coming into force of these amendments;(ii)any legal proceedings or remedy whether initiated or availed of before or after the date of coming into force of these amendments, in respect of any such right, obligation or liability.
