1. Short title, extent and commencement.
(1)This Act may be called the Madhya Pradesh Sah Chikitsiy Parishad Adhiniyam, 2000.(2)It extends to the whole of Madhya Pradesh.(3)It shall [come into force on such date] [Came into force on 12-01-2001, vide Notification No. F-2-68-98-LV-ME-I, dated 18-7-2001.] as the State Government may, by notification, appoint.
