25. Authorised Verifier.
(a)Insurance Web Aggregator shall be responsible for all acts of commission and omission of the authorised verifier deployed on their behalf.(b)The role and responsibilities of the Authorised Verifier are given in Form O (Roles and responsibilities of authorised verifier) of Schedule IV of these regulations.
