Section 12(1) in The Orissa Fruit Nurseries (Regulation) Rules, 2001
(1)The labels of the plant materials shall be of such quality so that those are not spoiled by water and high humidity and are not easily torn-out and may preferably be of zinc, tin or aluminium.
