ORAL ORDER
10 30-03-2022C.W.J.C. No. 2740 of 2022 is delinked from the present bunch of petitions.
Mr. Anshuman Singh, learned counsel for Union of India submitted that in C.W.J.C. No. 8346 of 2019 he has received instruction to file counter affidavit. He is permitted to file counter affidavit within a period of four weeks from today.
The respective common respondents, namely, Union of India have to file an application attaching the counter affidavit to be filed in C.W.J.C. No. 8346 of 2019 on the instruction of concerned respondent. In other words, respective Union of India- respondent were required to file counter Patna High Court CWJC No.16214 of 2019(10) dt.30-03-2022 99/99 affidavit in respect of attaching the counter affidavit to be filed in other cases. In this regard, counsel for respondent-Union of India is hereby directed to serve copy of the counter affidavit to be adopted to all the counsels for the petitioner and the State counsel.
Respective counsels for the petitioner and State are hereby directed to furnish their e-mail ID to learned counsel for Union of India so as to enable them to serve copy of the counter affidavit to be filed through online.
Re-list this matter on 11.05.2022.
In the meanwhile, State counsel is hereby directed to comply the previous order.
