Section 5(2) in West Bengal College Service Commission Act, 2012

(2)The Secretary of the Commission shall be an ex officio Member and be designated as the Member Secretary of the Commission. He shall be in charge of the administration of the Commission and shall assist the Chairperson in carrying out the business and function of the Commission.
