Section 1 in Himachal Pradesh Judicial Officers (Pay, Allowances and Conditions of Service) Act, 2003
1. Short title, extent and commencement.
(1)This Act may be called the Himachal Pradesh Judicial Officers (Pay [, Allowances] [Inserted vide H.P. Act No. 23 of 2006.] and Conditions of Service) Act, 2003.(2)It extends to the whole of the State of Himachal Pradesh.(3)It shall be deemed to have come into force on the First day of July, 1996.
