Section 4(1) in The Punjab Scheduled Roads and Controlled Areas Restriction of Unregulated Development Rules, 1965
(1)Every person requiring permission of the Director for -(a)Erection or re-erection of a building which was in existence immediately before the commencement of the Act and which involves any structural alteration or addition.(b)laying out any means of access to a road; or(c)erection or re-erection of a motor fuel-filling station or a bus queue-shelter within 30 meters on either side of a road reservation of a scheduled road, or within 100 meters on either side of a road reservation of a bye-pass, lying outside a controlled area, shall make an application to the Director in Form SR II accompanied by plans and documents mentioned therein.
