Section 3(3) in The Orissa Vigilance Group 'A' and Group 'B' Services (Method of Selection and Conditions of Deputation) Orders, 2004
(3)Sanctioned posts in the rank of Additional Superintendent of Police and as many posts in the rank of Superintendent of Police as decided from time to time shall be filled up by deployment of those already working in Orissa Vigilance on deputation from Orissa Police.
