Section 107(1) in Rajasthan Electricity Regulatory Commission (Terms and Conditions for Determination of Tariff) Regulations, 2009
(1)The Commission shall determine SLDC fees and charges in accordance with RERC (Levy of fees and charges for State Load Despatch Centre) Regulations, 2004. The determination of SLDC fees and charges during each year of the Control Period shall be based on approved SLDC expenses as outlined under sub-regulation (2) below;
