(d)to exercise such powers and discharge such duties as may be delegated or entrusted to him by the Vice-Chancellor in regard to the College of which he is the Dean and to be responsible in all Technical and Administrative matters related to teaching, research and extension etc. through the Dean of the Faculty and the Director concerned;
