Section 26(1) in Himachal Pradesh Universities of Agriculture, Horticulture and Forestry Act, 1986
(1)An officer of the University, referred to in clauses (iii) to (xi) of section 22 shall be a whole time officer of the University and shall be appointed by the Board on the recommendations of the Selection Committee, as may be constituted for the purpose under the Statutes.
