Section 24(4) in The Postgraduate Institute of Medical Education and Research, Chandigarh, Regulations, 1967
(4)The President and members of the Institute and the Chairman and members of the Governing Body, Standing and ad-hoc committee who are not officers of Government shall be entitled to travelling and daily allowance at the rates prescribed from time to time by the Central Government under Supplementary Rule 190 and the executive decisions and order thereunder.
