Section 7(1) in Faridabad Complex (Regulation and Development) Act, 1971
(1)In order to carry out the purposes of this Act, the Chief Administrator shall take over the entire staff of the Municipal Committees and Panchayats that are being included or may be included in the Faridabad Complex on the existing terms of service and integrate them in the manner prescribed, till fresh rules in this behalf are made under section 8 of the Act.
