Establishment of performance management system - (1) TheCorporation shall establish a performance management system to improve theeffectiveness of its officers and for the overall improvement of the management of theCorporation and also establish mechanisms to monitor and review its performance.(2)The Government may help the Corporation in developing the performancemanagement system for the Corporation and submit the proposed system to theCorporation for adoption.(3)The performance management system of the Corporation shall,-(a)set appropriate key performance indicators as a yardstick formeasuring performance, including outcomes and impact, with regard to theCorporation development priorities and objectives;(b)set measurable performance targets with regard to each of those
