Section 30(6)(a) in Rajasthan Fisheries State and Subordinate Service Rules, 2012

(a)if promotion is from more than one categories of posts in the same Grade Pay, eligible persons upto two in number from each category of posts in the same Grade Pay shall be considered for promotion;
