(5)Every ballot box used at a polling station shall bear labels both inside and outside, marked with-(a)the serial number and the name of the electoral college;(b)the serial number of the ballot box relating to an electoral college (to be filled in at the end of the poll on the label outside the ballot box only);(c)the date of poll.
