Section 75(i) in Police Regulations, Calcutta, 1968
(i)any Assistant Sub-Inspector, head constable or constable of the Calcutta Police in uniform may travel free in tram cars of the Calcutta Tramways Company in second class only. A Sub-Inspector, Sergeant or an Inspector may similarly travel in uniform in the first class.
