Section 23(1)(i) in The United Provinces Agriculturists Relief Act 1934

(i)transfer any appeal Filed before him under sub-section (1) to any Additional District-Judge, Civil Judge or Additional Civil Judge under his administrative control, and (ii) withdraw any appeal so transferred, and either hear and dispose of it himself or transfer it to a court under his administrative control competent to dispose of it.
