Section 1 in U.P. Building And Other Construction Workers (Regulation Of Employment And Conditions Of Service) Rules, 2009
1. Short title, extent and commencement.
(1)These rules may be called the Uttar Pradesh Building and Other Construction Workers (Regulation of Employment and Conditions of Service) Rules, 2009.(2)They shall apply to all buildings or other construction work relating to any establishment throughout the State except those, in relation to which appropriate Government is the Central Government under the Act.(3)These rules shall come into force with effect from the date of their publication in the Gazette.
