(ii)The manufacturing of Holograms shall be done under supervision of the purchasing department officials. The successful tenderer must set up its own facility for Hologram manufacturing in spool form facility in the Kamrup (Metro) district of Assam with prior concurrence and at the rate fixed by the Commissioner of Excise, Assam.
