Section 11(1) in The Maharashtra Electricity Regulatory Commission (General Conditions of Distribution Licence) Regulations, 2006
(1)Save as provided in clause (2) below, the Maharashtra Electricity Regulatory Commission (Distribution Licence Conditions) Regulations, 2004 notified by the Commission on June 10, 2004 is hereby repealed;
