Section 27(1) in Telangana Industrial Workers (Representation, Participation in Management and Relief) Act, 1998
(1)The term of office of the members of the shop council, factory council and enterprise council shall be for a period of two years from the date of constitution of such council:Provided that the members of the council shall continue to hold the office till a new council is reconstituted.
