(2)National posts. - These shall be determined as follows :-(i)Enumerate posts which have existed during the last three years, preceding January 1, giving for each, the number of months for which it has existed; all periods of 15 days or above counting as a whole month.(ii)Add the total number of months involved at (a) above.(iii)Divide (b) by 36 to the nearest whole number, to obtain the number posts to be included.
