Section 55(1) in The Khadi And Village Industries Commission Employees (Pension) Regulations, 1984
(1)After complying with the requirements of Regulations 53 and 54 the Head of Office shall forward to the Director (Administration) Form 4 and Form 5 duly completed with a covering letter in form 6 along with Service book of the employee of the Commission duly completed, upto date, and any other documents relied upon for the verification each service.
