Section 55 in The Khadi And Village Industries Commission Employees (Pension) Regulations, 1984

55. Forwarding of pension papers to Director (Administration).

(1)After complying with the requirements of Regulations 53 and 54 the Head of Office shall forward to the Director (Administration) Form 4 and Form 5 duly completed with a covering letter in form 6 along with Service book of the employee of the Commission duly completed, upto date, and any other documents relied upon for the verification each service.
(2)The Head of Office shall retain a copy of each of the Form referred to in sub-regulation (1) for last records.
(3)The papers referred to in sub-regulation (1) shall be forwarded to the Director (Administration) not later than 6 months before the date of retirement of the employee of the Commission.
