Section 5(1) in Rajasthan Street Vendors (Protection of Livelihood and Regulation of Street Vending) Rules, 2016
(1)The Collector shall call for names of representatives from the trade associations, welfare societies, non-governmental organisations in the area of each local authority in his jurisdiction and after short listing the names supplied by respective bodies, recommend the names to the State Government.
