Section 79A(1) in The Hemchandracharya North Gujarat University Act, 1986
(1)As from the commencement of the North Gujarat University (Amendment) Act, 2003 (hereinafter referred to as "the said Act"), any reference in any existing law or instrument or document(a)to the expression "the North Gujarat University (Amendment) Act, 2003 (hereinafter referred to as "the said Act" shall be constructed as if it were a reference to "the Hemchandracharya North Gujarat University Act, 1986" and(b)to the expression, "the North Gujarat University" shall be constructed as if it were a reference to "the Hemchandracharya North Gujarat University"
