Section 33(1) in The M.P. Nagarpalika Nirvachan Niyam, 1994
(1)If a candidate desires to appoint an election agent such appointment shall subject to the provisions of sub-rule (2) and (3), be made in Form 11 either at the time of delivering the nomination paper or at any time before election.
