Section 2(b) in The Orissa Kendu Leaves (Control of Trade) Rules, 1962
(b)Divisional Forest Officer means the Forest Officer in charge of a Forest Division in which the unit is situated and shall include 'District Forest Officer' as defined in Section 2 of the Madras Forest Act, 1882 (Madras Act 5 of 1882) and shall also include any other Forest Officer specially authorised by the State Government to discharge any or ail of the functions under the Act or these Rules;
