78. Certain requirements of registration.
- An application for registration of farming society shall be accompanied by--(a)Extract from the record of rights showing the total area with the recorded numbers of all fields which will be contributed to the society;(b)In the case of a society covered by clause (b) of sub section (1) of section 77, only a description of the land intended to be obtained and the manner of obtaining it and the plans for developing and using the same;(c)Such other documents and particulars, as may be prescribed.
